Description

A retrospective survey designed to assess participant learning outcomes in order to better understand the impact of collaborative discussion certificate programs and the curriculum. Responses are confidential and received directly by the Interactivity Foundation. Names and email addresses will not be shared. Aggregate responses and dataset are available to collaborative discussion coaches.

Upon submission of this survey, participants will automatically receive a congratulations email with their certificate of completion attached and instructions to claim their digital badge.

Suggested Use

Coach shares the retrospective survey only with successful participants at the conclusion of the certificate program.
