Become a Coach
The Interactivity Foundation offers regular trainings for educators, community leaders & organizers, civic professionals, and workplace training consultants to become a Collaborative Discussion Coach. After this training, coaches will be able to better use activities from the Collaborative Discussion Toolkit in their work, as well as design and offer their own certificate programs in classrooms, communities, or workplaces.
What does a Collaborative Discussion Coach Training include?

Introduce participants to key collaborative discussion concepts

Dive deep into the Collaborative Discussion Toolkit and IF pedagogy

Model how to facilitate collaborative discussion activities

Share practical and ready-to-use collaborative discussion resources

Practice collaborative discussion skills and habits in small working teams

Connect participants in a learning experience and broader community of practice

Support participants in drafting their own certificate program designs

Sharing opportunities for successful participants to attend coach only workshops modeling how to facilitate activities from specific types of certificate programs
