Description

A modification of Activity 1.7, this self assessment allows students to rate their collaborative discussion skills on a Likert Scale. The survey includes a short answer section to offer an opportunity for participants to summarize their skills.

Suggested Use

Use as a pre-program assessment to help identify interests or needs of individuals or a group.

By introducing this survey at the beginning of a program, participants are primed to recognize and identify collaborative discussion concepts, behaviors, and practices.

Additional Instructions: To copy the survey and have the ability to edit or modify it, you will need to click on Copy Survey, sign in to a Google Account, and click Make a Copy. Participant feedback will be received only by the coach.
